Install using the Installer:
- By using the link contained in your Activation Email, download the installer file to an accessible location on your PC.
Run the installer. You may be prompted to install ActiveSync if you currently do not have it installed on your PC.
- After clicking “Next” you will be prompted to select your device. If you do not know where to start, you can always select a carrier listed. On the next page you will be prompted to select the model of your device. If it is not listed, please be sure to check the compatibility listing on the information page for the selected game.
*note: you are required to have an active internet connection when running any game installer.*
- Once you have selected a device and continued with the installation, it will copy the necessary files to your mobile device. Once completed, it will prompt you to check the device for further installation instructions.
- On your device, you will be prompted to select the destination of the installation. It is recommended to install programs directly to the device as issues can arise from running the program from the storage card.
*note: make sure to select 'Device' when installing your program.*
Install using an Over the Air Installation:
- After the purchase has been completed, and your Owner’s name entered on the site (for more information regarding your Owner’s name, please click here.) you will be sent an email containing a link to click on. It will bring you to the page below. Click on the “download” link to begin.
*note: your activation code is also on this page. It is recommended you write this in a safe place, or make sure to keep the email containing it in a safe location.*
- Select download now on the next screen to initialize the transfer. You will be prompted to either download to the default location, or select a location by pressing “Save As”. If you leave the checkbox for “Open the file after download” it will automatically initialize the install.
*note: You must have an active internet connection in order to download a product Over-the-Air.*
- On your device, you will be prompted to select the destination of the installation. It is recommended to install programs directly to the device as issues can arise from running the program from the storage card.
Congratulations! You have just successfully installed your product, and may now continue towards activating and enjoying your game.
